Royal Capital Office Associate

I was tasked with creating an engaging event for children at the residential property where I worked while also contributing to resident programming across multiple properties. To accomplish this, I developed and executed strategies for evening and weekend resident programming, ensuring activities were well-planned and engaging. Additionally, I assisted Royal Capital staff with standard property quality control measures and took part in special projects as assigned. As a result, I successfully organized a children's event that enhanced community engagement, contributed to the overall resident experience, and supported property management objectives. Although, I was tasked to create events as such, I found the event very successful based on the impact it had on the parents, the children, and even me. This was a task I was very passionate about and grateful I was able to experience.
